 3aline is a Windows 95/98/NT screensaver which uses 3D shapes to create stunning colorful images with beautiful backgrounds and realistic lighting.

New designs are constantly being created as you watch - 3aline does not simply cycle through a store of pre-defined images. Samples of its creations are shown on the right.

Your own JPEG images can be displayed on the backgrounds.

Many sliders are available on 3aline's settings screen that allow you to customize the speed, shapes, text, backgrounds and much more.

3aline looks best when running on Hi/True Color screens (16 or 24 bit color). It is not designed for 256 colors.

Automatic install and uninstall.

3aline is "try before you buy" software, US$19.95, with a 14 day evaluation period.

To download a 14 day Trial Version with automatic installation (820K), click here to download 3aline Screensaver.
  After downloading, you can leave 3alineTrial.exe in your download directory.

You then run 3alineTrial.exe by double-clicking on it in Explorer. If you have a problem installing it, please read the setup questions on our Support page.

This will automatically start an installation program, which copies the screensaver file itself, 3aline.scr, and the OpenGL 3D library files to your Windows System folder, and the documentation files are copied to the folder you select, usually c:\Program Files\Seraline\3aline Screensaver.

At the end of the installation, Control Panel is launched for you to select 3aline as your active screensaver:

  1. Click on the Screensaver tab.
  2. In the Screen Saver list, select 3aline.
  3. Click Preview to run the screensaver.
  4. Press Settings to display registration and support details, and access configuration options.

You can uninstall 3aline Screensaver by running Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs.
