Dynamania Screensaver is a Windows 95/98/NT/2000 screensaver which draws colorful, dynamic, animated 3D shapes around your screen, creating beautiful designs while you are not using your computer.
Dynamania is designed for fast computers. For smooth animation, the minimum recommended computer is a 300 MHz CPU, 3D graphics accelerator and High/True Color. Dynamania will automatically adjust the designs for the speed of the computer, and slower computers will show fewer shapes and less complex backgrounds.

| Blank screen after specified period | If you are using automatic power-down, or perhaps overnight disk utilities such as back-up, then you may want the screensaver to cease disk activity after a while. |
Last Frames Per Second: For smooth animation, Dynamania tries to use a frame rate of 25 Frames Per Second (FPS). The actual rate achieved depends on the speed of your computer and graphics card, as well as other programs running at the same time. If the frame rate is slower than 25, then Dynamania will automatically reduce the number of objects shown in order to try to speed the rate up. The figure shown on the settings screen is the rate achieved the last time Dymamania ran. The run must be at least a minute long for the rate to be changed. If the rate is less than 25 and the scenes are taking too long to change, you can use the Speed slider to make the objects move further each frame, giving the appearance of a speed increase, but that may result in animation with some noticable jumps.
Activity by other background programs, such as checking for email, can cause Dynamania to stop briefly, giving a jumpier animation.
Images
Dynamania can display your own images on the background and also on shapes. The display of photos can greatly slow down the animation, and so they are used sparingly on slow computers. When shown on shapes, due to the time taken to show them, only a few large shapes are used at a time.
The file formats supported are PNG, JPEG and Windows Bitmaps. JPEG images have file names ending in jpg, jpeg and jpe. Bitmaps end with bmp.

| Search | If you click the Search button, then Dynamania will search all the disk drives you specify, automatically adding any folders in which it finds supported images (jpg, png, bmp). You can use the Search button as often as you like - a folder is not added to the list if it is already there. |
| Images | View the images in a folder. |
| Display order | Images can either be displayed at random, or sorted alphabetically. When sorted, the folders are sorted alphabetically, and all images in the first folder are displayed in order before the images of the second folder, and so on. Dynamania remembers which image is next between runs. You can force it to restart at the first image by clicking on the button labeled "Start at first image next run". This only applies to the very next run, and subsequent runs will proceed through all the images, and then start again at the first. |

As mentioned above, due to the amount of time it takes to display a photo, the frequency of photo use will be automatically reduced on slower computers. You can still force photos to be used all the time by moving this slider all the way to the right. |
Dynamania Screensaver is NOT a public domain program. It is copyrighted by Seraline Pty Ltd. This software and accompanying documentation are protected by Australian copyright law and also by international treaty provisions.
The registration fee will license Dynamania Screensaver for use on any computers in your home, and on one computer at work on which you are the main user.
You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
You may not provide the software to any other user, nor may you upload the registered version to any online service, such as a bulletin board or internet ftp site or web site.
Seraline Pty Ltd may revoke any permissions granted here, by notifying you in writing. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Seraline Pty Ltd.

If you used a full Dynamania Setup procedure to install, then you will be able to uninstall Dynamania by using Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs.
Otherwise, delete the file Dynamania.scr from your Windows\System folder. You can find the file using Windows Explorer.
